Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Cornmeal
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Dried Rosemary, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Tbs. Orange Marmalade

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine first 7 ingredients. In another bowl, combine egg, sour cream, and marmalade. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Coat muffin cups with cooking spray or use liner papers; fill 3/4 full with batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 16-18 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm. Makes 5 muffins.
