  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 lb. velveeta, cubed
  • 1 can Rotel, undrained
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Step 1

Combine the ingredients in a microwavable bowl, on high for 5 min. or until velveeta is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 3 min. Serve with chips or veggies.
