Mom's Hamburger Rice Hotdish

Ingredients

  • 1 - 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 sm. onion, chopped or onion flakes
  • 2 cans Campbell's Vegetable Beef soup
  • 2 cans Campbell's Tomato soup
  • 2 soup cans of water
  • 1/3 of a 28 oz. box of Minute rice

Preparation

Step 1

Brown and season to taste the ground beef and onion. Drain excess fat. Pour into large casserole dish. Add remaining ingredients and stir together.

Bake covered at 350* for 40-45 minutes.
