Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 med. apple, sliced thin
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Beat butter until creamy, then gradually add sugar. Add eggs, one by one, and vanilla; beat till blended. Sift flour with baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Beat butter mixture at low speed, adding dry ingredients and sour cream. Spread half of batter in greased bundt pan. Top it with thin slices of apple and half of the nut mixture. Add the rest of the batter and top with the remaining nut mixture. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Let cool slightly and remove from pan.
