Rose's Taco Salad
This is a taco salad my cousin, Rose, makes and it is very good. A great salad to serve for a lunch with some girlfriends.

Ingredients
- 1-2 1-2 1-2 lbs turkey meat
- taco seasoning
- tortilla chips
- If I make this for Jon, I add green onions because he likes them. For my friends I don't put onions in it.
Preparation
Step 1
Cook up turkey meat and season with taco seasoning. Cut vegetables and place in individual bowls for guests to use in their salads.
* I have used a dressing with Thousand Island dressing; mix 3/4 cup thousand island dressing, 1/2 cup salsa, 1/4 cup sugar, 1-2 tbsp taco seasoning.
