MARGARITA WINGS

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken wings, trimmed and separated
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 6 ounces of your favorite liquid margarita mix (tequila optional)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)

Preparation

Step 1

• OPTIONAL: Searing chicken wings in skillet with oil prior to microwaving will yield a tastier end result.

• Toss all ingredients (except cilantro if using) in
Microwave Pressure Cooker. Place lid on top and seal.

• Place Cooker into microwave and cook on HIGH for 13 minutes.

• Remove Cooker from microwave and allow pressure to drop. When pressure has dropped, remove lid, allow wings to cool slightly, sprinkle with fresh cilantro and serve.
