Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except parmesan cheese. Turn mixture into buttered 9x13x2-inch pan. Sprinkle parmesan on top. Bake at 300 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours.
