Pineapple Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 box raspberry gelatin
  • 1 large container Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Put pineapple in sauce pan, sprinkle Jell-o over and bring to a boil. Cool. Refrigerate till firm, but not set. Fold in the cottage cheese and Cool Whip.
