Ingredients
- 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 (8oz) ctn. whipped topping, thawed & divided
- 1 (15oz) ctn. ricotta cheese
- Cinnamon sugar pita chips (if you can’t find them use cinnamon sugar graham crackers)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix together 1/4 cups chopped chocolate chips, ricotta cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla.
2. Fill cake decorating bag fitted with a start tip with 1/2 cup of the whipped topping and set aside.
3. Gently fold remaining whipped topping into ricotta cheese mixture.
4. Spoon dip into a medium bowl and grate remaining chocolate chips on top.
5. Pipe stars or rosettes around edge of bowl with whipped topping in decorator bag.
6. Serve with Sweet chips
