canister (13.9 oz.) refrigerated pizza crust dough
cup pizza sauce
cups (6 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
oz. sliced Canadian bacon, cut into small pieces
can (8 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Tidbits or
can (20 oz.) DOLE Pineapple Chunks, drained
1.Unroll dough onto lightly floured surface. Cut 15 to 16 circles with 3-inch cookie or biscuit cutter and place on cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick vegetable cooking spray. 2.Bake at 400ºF., 8 minutes. Remove from oven. Top crusts with pizza sauce, one-half cheese, Canadian bacon and pineapple tidbits. Top with remaining cheese. 3.Bake an additional 6 to 10 minutes or until crusts are golden brown.
