Ingredients
- 2 lbs boiled red baby potatoes
- 1/2 lb bacon, cut into small pieces and cooked until crisp
- 1 tbsp grainy Dijon mustard
- 5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 oz dill, chopped
- Juice from half a lemon
- Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the potatoes until soft in boiling salted water.
Mix together bacon, mustard, mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, Worcestershire, salt and pepper. Toss with potatoes while they are still warm.
Mix the salad well.
