Ingredients

  • 1-¾

    cups fresh organic blueberries

  • 3

    tablespoons sugar

  • 1

    tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1-½

    cups nonfat vanilla yogurt

Directions

Combine the blueberries, sugar and lemon juice in a small saucepan over high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and cool completely. Place the yogurt in a bowl and add the cooled blueberry sauce, whisking to blend. Pour the mixture into 6 popsicle molds, insert wooden ice cream sticks, and freeze until set, about 4 hours.
