Ingredients
- Dried Apricots 5 oz.
- Prunes Pitted 5 oz.
- Dried Apples 5 oz.
- Dried Peaches 5 oz.
- Hot Water 24 oz.
- Cinnamon Stick 1 each
- Light Corn Syrup 12 oz.
- Cointreau (Orange Liquor) 2 oz.

Preparation
Step 1
1.Coarsely chop the fruits.
2.Place the pieces in a stainless saucepan.
3.Add the water and cinnamon stick.
4.Bring the mixture to a simmer.
5.Cover and cook until tender, approximately 12-15 minutes.
6.Add the corn syrup and Cointreau.
7.Simmer uncovered until thoroughly heated.
8.Serve warm or refrigerate for longer storage.
