Fluffy Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • 1/4 tsp Cream of Trarter
  • dash of salt
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Bring sugar, water, cream of tarter and salt to a boil. Cook until all sugar is disolved. Place egg white in a bowl. Slowly add sugar mixture to egg white. Be beating constantly the egg whiteas you add the sugar mixture. Keep beating the mixture until it stands in soft peaks. Stir in vanilla into frosting
