BAKED HAM

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 - 2 pound boneless ham
  • 4 cloves
  • 1/2 onion
  • 6 – 8 peppercorns
  • 1 cup water, chicken stock or apple cider
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

• Place all of ingredients into Microwave Pressure
Cooker. Place the lid on top and seal.

• Place Cooker into microwave and cook on HIGH for 20 minutes.

• Remove Cooker from microwave and allow pressure to drop. When pressure has dropped, remove the lid, season to taste and serve ham. Use remaining liquid for soups or stews.
