Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (about 4 oz) toasted almonds, pecans, etc.
- 1/3 cup dried cherries, coarsely chopped
- (toasted coconut, optional)
- 6 oz dark chocolate, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Toast nuts; chop cherries; Melt chocolate. Mix and spread in jelly roll pan lined with foil. Freeze until firm, break into pieces, and serve.
