Ingredients
- 8 oz. uncooked chorizo sausage
- 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup half-and-half or light cream
- 1/4 tea. crushed red pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a heavy pan, cook chorizo over medium heat about 5 minutes or until browned. Drain off fat.
Stir cheese, sour cream, half and half or cream, and crushed peppers into chorizo. Cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
Serve with chips
