Ingredients
- FILLING:
- BAR
- □ 1 3/4 c. oatmeal
- □ 1 3/4 c. flour
- □ 1 c. brown sugar
- □ 1 tsp. baking soda
- □ 1 c. butter; melted
- □ 4 egg yolks
- □ 1 1/2 c. sugar
- □ 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- □ 2 c. sour cream
- □ 2 c. raisins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine oatmeal, flour, brown sugar and baking soda; blend well. Add butter and mix thoroughly. Pat 2/3 of mixture into the bottom of 9"x13" baking pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Cool.
FILLING
In a saucepan combine egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, sour cream and raisins. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat; boil 5 to 10 minutes. Stir often to avoid scorching. Pour over crumb layer. Cover with remaining crumbs. Bake 20 minutes.
