Chicken Angelo

Ingredients

  • chicken breasts
  • bread crumbs
  • mushrooms, sliced
  • Muenster cheese, sliced
  • College Inn chicken broth

Preparation

Step 1

Dip the chicken in scrambled eggs, then roll in seasoned breadcrumbs.

Fry in butter.

In a 9 x 13 pan, sprinkle the bottom of the pan with half the sliced mushrooms. Lay out the chicken, 1 layer deep, and cover with sliced Muenster cheese. Sprinkle with remaining mushrooms.

Add College Inn chicken broth to come about halfway up the cutlets. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil, and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
