Fruit Pizza

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup shortening
• 1/4 cup margarine
• 3/4 cup sugar
• CREAM TOGETHER
• Then add...
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 cup flour
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. cream of tarter
• Pat into pizza
• Bake 12-15 min at 400 degrees until light brown
• THEN...
• Spread 8 oz. cream cheese
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1-2 Tbspoons fruit juice
• SPREAD ON CRUST
• 1 1/2 cup fruit juice
• 2 tablespoons corn starch
• Cook over stove till think then cool
