Ingredients
- 1/8 c butter
- 3 med Vidalia onions
- 3 c beef broth
- 1/4 c white wine
- 1 tbs worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 c shredded Swiss cheese
- 3 slices French bread (3/4 inch thick)
- 1/6 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp salt

Step 1
Saute onion with garlic powder and salt in butter until carmelized. Mix in broth, worcestershire and wine. Heat. Place bread in bowl. Pour soup over bread and top with cheeses.
