Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean round steak cubes
- 1 envelope dry beefy onion soup mix
- 10-3/4 oz. can cream of celery soup
- 10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Place first four ingredients in 3 qt. slow cooker and mix together thoroughly. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, stirring occasionally if your around the kitchen and able to do that. Fifteen minutes before serving, stir in sour cream. When hot and bubbly, serve over cooked rice or noodles.
