Fajita Seasoning - Trottler Version

Basic dry-rub for chicken/steak before grilling.

Ingredients

• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp fine salt
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1/2 tsp dried oregano
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all seasoning into a small bowl. Rub mix to all sides of chicken/steak/seafood and let set at least 10 minutes prior to cooking.
