Ham and Swiss Cheese Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (120g) Stove Top Chicken Flavour Stuffing Mix
  • 2 tbs melted butter
  • 1 c diced cooked ham
  • 1 c grated swiss cheese 250 ml
  • 1/2 c each frozen peas and chopped red repper
  • 2 c milk
  • 2 eggs beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Mix stuffing crumbs, seasonings and butter in a lightly greased 9 inch quiche dish or pie plate. Spread over bottom of dish.
Sprinkle peas, chopped peppers, ham and cheese evenly over crumbs.
Beat milk and eggs together until well blended
Pour slowly over mixture in dish
Bake at 350 for 30-35 min or until wet. Let stand for 10 mins before serving.
