Ingredients
- 1/4 c heavy cream
- 1/2 t sugar
- 1/4 t salt (Kosher)
- 1 t instant polenta
- 1 large pat butter
- 1/8 c parmesan cheese
- 1 generous kitchen spoon mascarpone cheese
- small amount finely chopped rosemary
- 1 shake white pepper
- 1 small can corn kernels (not creamed)
Preparation
Step 1
Bring cream to a slow boil. Add sugar, salt, and polenta - stirring constantly until thickened. Stir in butter and both cheeses. Add rosemary, white pepper, and corn.
