Chocolate Pots De Creme

Ingredients

  • 1 6 oz. pkg. (1 cup) semisweet chocolate pieces
  • 1-1/4 cups light cream, heated to boiling
  • 1 egg
  • Dash of Salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Put chocolate pieces in blender. Pour hot cream over chocolate until liquefied. Add egg, salt, and vanilla; cover and run on high or whipped until smooth. Pour into serving cups and chill at least three hours.
