Ingredients
- 2 T olive oil
- 3 c onion, chopped
- 2-1/2 c red pepper, chopped
- 1-1/2 c celery, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- kale
- 1/3 c red wine vinegar
- 1 T molasses
- 1-1/2 T oregano
- 1-1/2 T basil
- 1 t cumin
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1/2 t chili powder
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 cans kidney beans
- 1 can pinto beans
- 28 oz can tomatoes
- 2/3 c cashews, chopped
