Magic Marshmallow Puffs

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 16 marshmallows (large size)
  • 1/4 cup (or more) butter, melted
  • 2 cans (8 oz) quick crescent dinner rolls
  • icing sugar
  • 1/4 cups chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Dip marshmallows in melted butter. Roll in sugar-cinnamon mixture. Wrap a crescent triangle around each, completely covering marshmallow and squeezing edges of dough tightly to seal. Dip in butter, place in muffin pans. Lay muffin pans on large cookie sheets, as the puffs can open and ooze out.

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Immediately remove; sprinkle with icing sugar and nuts.
