Chili Relleno Squares

Ingredients

  • 3 cups (12 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans (4 oz. ea.) chopped green chilies, drained
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 T. milk
  • 1 T. AP flour

Preparation

Step 1

Place half of the cheeses in a greased 8” square baking dish. Sprinkle with chilies and remaining cheeses. In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add the milk and flour; pour over cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until set. Cut into small squares. Serve warm.
