Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

  • 8 taco shells
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup chunky salsa
  • 1 cup shredded taco cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 avocado, pitted, peeled, cut into 24 slices

Preparation

Step 1

Heat taco shells in oven according to package directions. In microwave-safe bowl, stir together chicken and 1/2 cup salsa. Cover lightly. Microwave on high in 1 to 2 minute intervals until heated through. Divide chicken mixture among taco shells; top each with 2 T. cheese, 1 T. sour cream and 3 slices avocado.
