Ingredients
- Cake:
- 2 C sugar
- 1/3 C cocoa
- 3 sticks margarine
- 4 eggs
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 1/2 C flour
- 1 1/3 C coconut
- 1/2 C pecans, chopped
- 1 7 oz jar marshmallow creme
- Frosting:
- 1 box confectioners' sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/3 C cocoa
- 1 stick margarine, softened
- 1/2 C evaporated milk
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cream sugar, cocoa and margarine. add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Add flour, coconut and pecans.
2. Pour in greased and floured 9 x 13 pan and bake 350 deg 40 minutes. When done, spread marshmallow cream over hot cake. Cool and frost.
3. Frosting: cream all ingredients together and spread on cooled cake.
