Swedish Meatball Burgers

Ingredients
- 3 Tbs butter, divided
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 pkg ramen noodles, any flavor, crushed
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt, divided
- 1/2 tsp black pepper, divide
- 1/4 tsp ground allspice
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 can beef broth
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- Hard rolls (optional)
- Cranberry Sauce

Step 1
Melt 2Tbs butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion; cook 3min or until translucent. Reduce heat to medium low; add milk. Bring to a simmer. Add crushed noodles; remove from heat.
Whisk egg, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper and allspice in large bowl. Add noodle mixture; stir to combine. Add beef; stir until well blended. Shape into 6 patties.
Preheat broiler. Broil burgers on a rack 4in from the heat 10 min until medium rare, or desired doneness.
Melt remaining butter in saucepan. Add flour, cook 2-3min or until lightly browned, whisking constantly. Gradually whisk in broth and cream. Bring to a boil; cook 2min or until thickened. Stir in remaining salt and pepper.
Serve burgers on rolls with cream sauce and cranberry sauce, if desired.
