Hot Cheese Canapes

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup American cheese, shredded
  • 6 slices bacon
  • white bread, trimmed of crusts

Preparation

Step 1

Cook bacon over low heat until most of the fat is out, but NOT crisp. Drain and set aside. Cut bread into small shapes. Combine mayo and cheese, Spread mixture on top of bread shapes. Cut bacon into 3-4 pieces and place a piece on to of each appetizer.

Broil 4" from heat, until bubbly and brown.
