Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Jam
- 1/2 cup Crisco
Preparation
Step 1
Blend ingredients in order as above. Mix well.
Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Dent center with thumb and fill with jam.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
