Hot Sausage and Cheese Puffs (Grammy's)

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 1 pound sharp cheddar, shredded
  • 3 cups Bisquick
  • 3/4 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Remove casing from sausages. Cook til no longer pink. Add rest of ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Form into balls--not to big, not to small!

Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

These freeze well; just reheat to serve!
