Microwave Cinnamon Rolls

This was always a favorite camping breakfast, enjoyed it so much we just started making it at home.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 C packed dark brown sugar
  • 3 Tbl butter
  • 1 Tbl water
  • 1/3 C chopped nuts (optional)
  • 8 oz refrigerated biscuits

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine brown sugar, butter and water in microwave safe dish.
2. Nuke about 1 minute, or until butter in melted.
3. Stir in nuts.
4. Separate biscuits and cute each into quarters.
5. Add biscuits to sugar mixture, stir to coat each piece.
6. Push biscuits and coating away from center of dish and set a custard cup or glass, open side up in center.
7. Nuke for 3-3 1/2 minutes, or until biscuits no longer doughy.
8. Let stand 2 minutes.
9. Serve warm.
