- Instead of salt you can substitute:
- 1 1/2 C rinsed, fresh pumpkin seeds
- 2 tsp butter or oil
- salt to taste
- seasoned salt
- garlic powder
- cayenne pepper
- etc.

Step 1
1. Toss pumpkin seeds in bowl with melted butter or oil and seasonings of your choice.
2. Stir to coat.
3. Spread in single layer on baking sheet.
4. Bake at 300 for 45 minutes.
5. Cool on paper towel.
