Pulled Pork (or Chicken) Minis with Ranch Slaw

Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded cooked pork (or chicken)
  • 3/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 1/2 cups coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)
  • 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1 pkg. (12 oz) Hawaiian rolls (12 rolls) or slider rolls

Preparation

Step 1

Cook shredded pork (chicken) and BBQ sauce in covered saucepan on medium-low heat 10 minutes, or until heated through, stirring frequently.

Meanwhile toss coleslaw blend with dresing.

Fill rolls with pork mixture and coleslaw just before serving.
