Ingredients
- 1 bag fresh Pizza dough
- sauce
- grated mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- fresh basil
- oregano
- olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Roll out the dough on a dry, floured surface. I get 3 pies, about 12" in diameter from one package of dough.
Throw it on the grill, close lid and cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip it over, and brush with olive oil. Add toppings. Cook another 4-5 minutes. Serve!
