Tomatoes Florentine

Ingredients

  • 12 plum tomatoes
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 oz Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach--thawed and drained
  • 4 Tablespoon butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Cut tops off tomatoes, and scoop out insides. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon into tomatoes.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
