Ingredients
- 2 apples, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch chunks
- 2 pounds of sweet potatoes cut into 1/2 inch
- chunks
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger

Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Cook 4 to 5 hrs
