Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1/4 c. catsup
• 1/3 c. warm water
• 1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
• 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1/4 c. catsup
• 2 T. brown sugar
• 1 T. vinegar
• 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Combine loaf ingredients and form into a loaf. Mix together topping ingredients and place on top of loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
