Ingredients
- 1 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 oz egg beaters
- 2 1/2 cups half and half
- dash of salt
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to freeze. Pour into ice cream maker and follow instructions.
