Chili Cheese Bean & Rice Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 can navy beans {drained and rinsed}
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 – 1/2 tsp mexican chili powder {depending on spice scale}
  • dash of italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

To Make Chili Cheese Bean & Rice Burgers: Preheat oven to 385. Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until mixed well.

Place 3″ balls on a parchment lined cookie sheet and flatten into 1 1/2″ patties.

Bake for 20 – 30 minutes or until lightly brown.

Serve with a nice salad, on a toasted bun or top with Mexican fixin’s.
