Breakfast (brunch wraps)

Ingredients

  • 1 (10oz/300 gr)package frozen spinach
  • 1/2 c (120ml) soft cream cheese
  • 2 t Mrs Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning blend
  • 2 t Mrs Dash Garlic&Herb seasoning blend
  • 2 t lime juice
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce1 cup fresh tomato
  • 1 cup diced cooked chicken
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onion and tops
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1 Thaw , drain, and chop spinach. chop tomatoes

2 Combine spinach, cream cheese, spices and lime juice in small bowl and mix well

3 To make wraps, divide spinach mix evenly among
tortillas and spread.

4 top each tortilla with 1/4 of the lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, green onion and cheese

5 Fold tortilla top and bottom over filling, then roll sides in to form a tightly rolled sandwich

6 Wrap roll in plastic wrap and ref. up to 2 hours

7 Serve chilled or at room temp, sliced if desired.
