Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- onion powder
- Beef bouillon
- 1 package dry mushroom gravy
- salt and pepper to taste
- potato water (from mashed potatoes)
- flour (to thicken gravy)
- Potatoes
Preparation
Step 1
Brown hamburger in skillet and season with above ingredients to your taste.
Boil potatoes to mash, then pour leftover water over hamburger (about 1 1/2 to 2 cups), mix. Add flour to thicken.
Pour mix over mashed potatoes.
