Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, cut into 8 pieces
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 3 tbsp. prepared Dijon-style mustard
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 tbsp. apricot jam

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Sprinkle the chicken with the paprika, pepper and curry powder. Place in roasting pan.
2. Combine the mustard, honey, and jam in a small bowl. Pour over the chicken, and marinate for 1 hour or overnight.
3. Bake for 1 hour, basting often, until the chicken is cooked through.
