German Potato-Krout Soup

Ingredients

• 4 1/2 c water
• 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 lb kielbasa, sliced and quartered
• 16 oz sauerkraut
• 1 med onion, chopped
• 1 c sour cream
• 1 T flour
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp dill
• cheddar

Preparation

Step 1

Cook potatoes
Add sausage, kraut, onion garlic and dill
bring to a boil
Mix sour cream and flour
Add 1 c hot mix to sour cream and flour
Combine with soup and heat
Add shredded cheddar
