Ingredients

  • 2 c skim milk
  • 1/4 c unsweetened instant tea
  • 1/4 c nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 t ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 t ground ginger
  • 1/2 t ground cardamom
  • 1/4 t ground cloves
  • ice cubes

Step 1

combine all but ice. process until blended. Gradually add ice until desired consistency
