Ingredients
- 2 c skim milk
- 1/4 c unsweetened instant tea
- 1/4 c nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/2 t ground cinnamon
- 1/2 t ground ginger
- 1/2 t ground cardamom
- 1/4 t ground cloves
- ice cubes
Preparation
Step 1
combine all but ice. process until blended. Gradually add ice until desired consistency
