Ingredients
- 2 quarts sliced cucumbers
- 3 medium onions, sliced
- 1 1/2 T. salt
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cucumbers, onions and salt and leave overnight. Squeeze out excess liquid next morning. Bring sugar and vinegar to boil and let cool. Put in jars and refrigerate. Will keep indefinitely.
